Vision to Learn

👁️ Vision Screenings at School

Our school is partnering with Vision To Learn to provide vision screenings, eye exams, and glasses for students at NO cost to families.

Students who need additional support may:
• Receive a follow-up eye exam
• Be provided with free glasses 👓

Important for Families:
A form will be sent home, but you only need to return it if you WANT to OPT OUT.

Opting OUT means:
• You do NOT want your child to be screened
• You do NOT want your child to receive free glasses if needed

If you would like your child to participate, NO action is required.

Please watch for the opt-out form coming home soon and return it ONLY if you do NOT want your child to participate.
