Arrival/Dismissal Procedures

Arrival Procedures (8:20-8:55 AM; M-F)

  • Buses & ILS Drop-Offs: Use the loading zone along the Kindergarten fence and under the covered bus awning.
     
  • Other Vehicles: Use the main loading zone for quick drop-offs (pull forward to allow space other vehicles), or park in designated areas in our lot or on the street.
     
  • Important: No unattended cars in the loading zone! Please remind students to use designated crosswalks at all times. For their safety, students must be escorted by their adult when crossing the road or walking through the parking lot. 

Dismissal Procedures

  • TK & Kindergarten: 12:15 PM (Mon-Fri)
     
  • Grades 1-5: 3:30 PM (Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri); 2:05 PM (Thurs)
     
  • Loading Zone: Reserved for ILS buses, ILS student pick-ups, DP placards/DP license plates, and marked daycare vehicles.
     
  • All Others: Please park in the lot or on the street and walk to pick up your student.
