TalkingPoints: Two-Way Messaging

Charles Peck Elementary uses TalkingPoints, a two-way messaging system, for communication between our school office, teachers, and families.

TalkingPoints makes it easy and safe for families to stay connected with our school and communicate with their child’s teachers for free and in their home language. Charles Peck uses TalkingPoints to share important school and classroom information, updates, and information about your child’s education and progress.

How Families Can Use TalkingPoints

Families have three easy ways to communicate with Charles Peck staff:

  • Text Messages: Receive and reply to TalkingPoints messages using the phone number registered with the school.
  • TalkingPoints for Families App: Download the free TalkingPoints for Families app from the App Store or Google Play.
  • Online: Access TalkingPoints for Families from a web browser.

Communicate in Your Home Language

TalkingPoints supports more than 140 languages. Messages from Charles Peck are delivered in the correspondence language listed for your family.

Families can reply in their preferred language, and TalkingPoints automatically translates the message for school staff—making two-way communication easier for everyone.
